Cazadero provides the ultimate location throughout the North County seasons. Springtime breezes drift over a forest fantasy of blooms and blossoms, while romance and promise fill the air.
In summer, sunshine splashes on private decks as a myriad of
activities await. Try bicycling on King Ridge Road, a set of tennis on
the community court, jogging, or walking under the shade of the
redwoods, picking blackberries or splashing in the cool clear waters
of Austin Creek. Take an afternoon drive. The surrounding area offers
fine dining, wine tasting, golf, beachcombing, and whale watching. Autumn's splender is not to be matched in its rustic beauty. Enchanting fall leaves offer a pallet of hues and intensities not to be missed. And, nothing compares with winter in the Redwoods. Mountain showers sheet off rooftops, while the once passive creek swells and churns. You may have heard about our rain? We're here to tell you, it doesn't rain more often in Cazadero, it just rains harder and the raindrops are bigger! Rain walks are a must in Cazadero.

Directions from San Fransisco: Follow 101 North to Santa Rosa. Exit at River Road and turn left (Russian River Resort Area). Continue West on River Road through Guerneville. At this point, River Road has connected with Hwy 116, keep going (approx. 12 miles). Turn right when you see the Cazadero sign (you must turn right, a left turn will land you in the Russian River). You are now on Cazadero Highway driving under towering Redwoods, along Austin Creek. Cazadero Properties is exactly 3.5 miles from the beginning of Cazadero Highway, on the right. |
Set in the heart of the redwoods. Cazadero entreats you to

the redwoods and the graceful shape of bay trees. The
changing patterns of cool, lacy shadows and warm yellow sun
shimmering through the trees heighten the color of the ferns
and make the earth glow with life. The paved roads wind
through stands of redwoods reaching for the sky. This is the
Cazadero of today, where the honest beauty of the land has
been recognized and respected for generations.
